Terms of Service
The plain-language rules for using Slip List.
Last updated: September 17, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Slip List (the "app"), developed by Binary Bridge Labs Technology Joint Stock Company ("we", "us", "our"), based in Hanoi, Vietnam. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Slip List on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app outside of the official Google Play listing once it is published.
2. Your content
Every slip, task, stamp placement, and setting you create stays on your device and belongs to you. We do not host, back up, or have access to this content. Because there is no account or server-side copy, we cannot recover your content if you uninstall the app, erase it from Settings, or lose your device.
3. No account required
Slip List does not require registration or sign-in. There is no user account, password, or profile associated with your use of the app.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Slip List only for its intended purpose, as a personal to-do list. You may not use the app in any way that violates applicable law, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
5. In-app purchases and advertising
Slip List does not offer any in-app purchases and does not show advertisements. If that changes in a later version, we will update the app's Play Store listing, this page, and the Privacy Policy accordingly.
6. Third-party services
The app includes Google's Firebase SDK for crash reporting and basic analytics. Your use of the app is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for what it collects.
7. No warranty
Slip List is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, and we are not responsible for data loss, including content erased through the app's own "Erase everything" feature or lost on uninstall.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binary Bridge Labs Technology JSC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
9. Termination
You may stop using Slip List at any time by uninstalling it. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the app or any of its features at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practical.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
